Chief Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our team to support our next exciting phase of growth. As the CMO, you will be responsible for building our brand and attracting top talent from around the world and across various disciplines to engage with Zinc.

Responsibilities include:


  • You’ll craft, execute and continuously improve our marketing strategy to build and increase awareness of the Zinc brand, and build a strong funnel that attracts the best talent to apply to our programmes, or to join us as Visiting Fellows, coaches or members of our ecosystem
  • You will develop and distribute content across our owned and paid channels that drives engagement and conversion
  • You will be responsible for spotting and attracting talent to join our programmes
  • You will design and deliver events that help grow our ecosystem, build relationships and grow brand awareness
  • You will lead our agency partners to ensure we drive the best value from the relationship
  • You will work with media and partners to help build our ecosystem and grow our awareness in new geographies/talent pools
  • You will support our top portfolio companies in relation to marketing, press and media

Chief Operations Officer

We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to run and build our business, fund and investor operations. With a professional background in either accountancy or law and/or fund operations, our new COO will play a hands-on and strategic role in helping Zinc succeed in its mission to build and grow commercial and global businesses that address our greatest societal challenges.

Relationships Senior Associate

We’re looking for a Relationships Senior Associate to join our team on location in London. You will be responsible for engaging with valuable connections in our network and executing our Fellows strategy.

Every mission-driven Venture Builder (which supports 60-70 full-time Founders in stipend, investment and a platform of services) includes 100 Visiting Fellows who work with the Founders and later on with the new ventures Founders build.

You will be the focal point of contact to our Visiting Fellows and the first person they meet when they are invited to join Zinc.

Your success in this role will mean an active, engaged, and impactful network of experienced and passionate Visiting Fellows who are supporting Zinc’s mission-driven entrepreneurs, the ventures they build and our portfolio.

Talent Investment Manager

We’re looking for a Talent Investment Manager to join our team and lead the 365 day recruitment process to manage the thousands of applications we will be bringing in over the next few years for our flagship Venture Builder.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the Talent team, providing recommendations for best practices and leading on Talent processes. This is a hands-on role – you’ll recruit directly and develop the team to hit targets.

Talent Sourcer

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team and source prospective qualified candidates and leads to join our flagship Venture Builder.

We need you to identify, source and bring in candidates. This is a hands-on role – you’ll recruit directly and work with the team to hit targets and direct the best talent to Zinc. You will be outward-focused, building the top of the funnel, attracting great candidates and working closely with the Talent Lead to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to applicant.

Senior Advisor - Financial Resilience

We are looking for an experienced individual with expertise in one or more of the opportunity areas, with a bias to action and a passion for commercial innovation. Ideal candidates will have some breadth of experience in income levels, inequality, asset acquisition, financial insecurity, and education and employment, as well as some experience working with/in large businesses and/or startups. We are open to people coming from finance, academia, policy, consulting or other sectors.

The Senior Advisor will, along with others in our team, work collaboratively with Founders as they explore problems and start building new solutions.

They will contribute to:


  • Supporting the cohort of Founders through hands-on work, strategic advice and connections
  • Growing and activating our ecosystem of funders, corporates and other partners
